Anon is a sucker for kid!fics. I always picture Desmond as being really, REALLY good with kids, and having seen a bunch of prompts and fills of him being good with kids hasn't really helped that a whole lot either.

However, I have a harder time picturing Rebecca, Shaun, and Lucy as being great with them. It's not that they don't like kids (Well, Becca and Lucy like kids, anyway), they're just...not very good with them.
So! I'd like to see a story where, somehow, the gang ends up with a baby or young kid, and they have to take care of it. And they're having a lot of trouble and doing everything wrong and they're at their last nerves...

And Desmond somehow manages to sweep in and fix everything, being amazing with this baby or kid, shocking his friends who never knew he was so good with them.

Bonus if we find out that Desmond is so good with kids due to being really close to them on the Farm, or if he's so good with them because he wants to be a better parental figure than William ever was.

Double bonus if out of all of them, Lucy is the worst with kids. She just doesn't have the patience for them or something. Putting up with a team of assassins is one thing, but kids...

Triple bonus if this baby/kid/whatever really, REALLY likes Shaun. Shaun doesn't LIKE kids, but they all sort of...glom to him, and he's not sure why.

I feel like this prompt already exists somewhere, but I don't care, because I just need more adorable fluffy baby/kidfic in my life.
