It's a hard sensation to explain, from what I understand. TBH, I didn't know there was a term for it...I knew I got shivers from listening to certain types of music, sounds, etc - though I don't know if that counts as ASMR...? (Does getting a shiver from my head (sometimes it feels like it starts *in* my brain) down to my legs count? Or is that a normal reaction?)
