I hope someone fills this. Connor's endured so much throughout the story. I often wonder if he ever felt envious watching other young men his age. Kind of picturing him eying a group of new Patriot recruits who are nervous about the upcoming battle but still carefree and act like boys; until they notice him watching them. They know who he is and what he's done - calling him 'sir' before avoiding him completely.
