Your Washington was perfect, I loved how remorseful and affectionate he's with Connor at the beginning (even carrying Connor over his shoulder as opposed to having him knocked off his horse) it's a stark contrast to the cruel dictator he's going to become, and the way he looked at Connor like a fine-cut of meat...::shivers::

Poor, poor Connor. It's bad enough Washington betrayed him (along with ending his truce with Haytham prior to the story), but seeing the Clan mother and his childhood friend stare at him with disappointment, betrayal, and possibly hatred was just heart wrenching, and worse Connor never had a chance to explain what really happened, assuming they were caught in the massacre.
