The non-con thing is one of my personal pet peeves, too. I mean, I'm fortunate enough to have never suffered such a horrible violation, but it really irks me to see rape and sexual assault portrayed so positively. I'm glad to have not come across that in this fandom, and seriously words can't express how glad I am so many people like this fill despite the horribleness of... well, near enough everything that happens in it.
