Ahh so Haytham is going forward with his plans because it's just too late to go back. Now he's trying to alienate Connor from his former apprentices and mentor, though I'm sure they or at least Clipper suspects now; but will it work, I wonder. If it does, and Connor is completely alone, I hope Haytham is ready to console him. The fact that Haytham is starting to love Connor (as his lover/child/both) makes the whole ordeal worse, and do picture him probably worrying like crazy when he finally sends Connor out on dangerous missions.
