Obligatory Bakery AU

As it says on the tin. Suggestions for roles (not all the them have to be in there) below:

Ezio - charming cashier and delivery man, can also pipe icing pretty well and handy at repairing cakes that get damaged during delivery. Sweet-talks the brides.
Ratonhnhaké:ton - chocolatier (specialises in gorgeous replicas of animals and flowers)
Desmond - crazy cake maker with the best flavours in town
Altaïr - fondant, royal icing, gumpaste decorations, the more awe-inspiring, the better
Malik - pastry chef (his Danishes will melt in your mouth)
Maria - bread, bagels, pretzels
Leo - builds the displays and rigs for the mad cakes they make (think Ace of Cakes and Cake Boss), tends to tag along with Ezio on deliveries, also designs cakes
Kanen'tó:kon - does the bookings (it also makes Ratonhnhaké:ton happy to have his friend around)
Lucy - Cupcakes and very chic, contemporary wedding cakes! Also focuses the team when they're getting ridiculous.
Shaun - does all the research for the cakes, the guinea pig for Desmond's experiments
Rebecca - Leo's assistant for rigging, fixes the ovens, handy with the airbrushes
Claudia - the part-time book-keeper (obviously), but also still in high school.
Al Mualim - owns the place, former national award-winning baker but now retired. May or may not be going bankrupt or selling corporate information to the Templars.

And their competitors are the Templars, who run a bakery called "Baker's Crusade". Haytham is obviously not pleased that his talented son is working for "Masyaf Bakery". Robert de Sable owns the "Baker's Crusade", but Haytham has a large share in it and Robert has a weak heart. Cesare is the perfectionist, Sibrand is the paranoid baker, Hickey does the rigging (and gets into the brandy), Lucrezia runs the front of house, Charles does the booking, etc.

...I think this got out of control very quickly. Mix and match, pick and choose - nothing is true, everything is permitted.
