I think the above anon's point is that a woman's eggs are formed at the same time as her reproductive organs, during foetal development. No new eggs are formed during her lifetime, so it's hard to imagine how anything she experiences during her life could affect the DNA (and therefore genetic memories) already contained in those eggs.
By contrast, new sperm are continually formed throughout a man's life.
