Maria shifted, listening to Malik’s voice as he walked past. “Altair, there’s a box delivered to us. Did you order something?”

“One could say that.” Altair replied, just on the other side of wooden slats from her.

Maria rolled her eyes, her mouth curling into a smile. Her husband was such a sap.

Malik told him as much hours later, tangled up in the sheets, with his arm thrown over Maria’s shoulder and trailing down Altair’s sides.

Machiavelli blinked at the door.
It was locked. His office was locked, and a quick search showed that he didn’t have his key on him.

“Volpe.” He growled, stalking back home to the Master Thief. The Addormentata held more revelers than usual, but Machiavelli put it down to the festive cheer.

“Machiavelli!” Ezio called over the hubbub, “Thanks for agreeing to the break!”
…break?
Surveying the crowd, Machiavelli then turned and stormed up to the room of a certain Master Thief.

Any tirade he had thought to unleash died in his throat with a whimper.
La Volpe was fussing with a red ribbon, trying to tie it around his flaccid cock. At the sound Machiavelli made, he turned around, and giving up on his one article of clothing, crooked a finger at his young lover.

“Shall we?”
Machiavelli decided to tease him about switching suave tactics sometime late tomorrow morning. Or early afternoon, as Volpe backed him to the mattress.
