I'd say roof garden would be a +400 bonus, since climbing with one arm without ladder would be a damn pain in the behind and Malik would so totally have both Altair's and the Informant's hides for making him climb all the way.

Now I want said Informant to drag Altair up to a garden (or mebbe into an area in the poor district with one of those crumbled buildings? They had those in Jerusalem didn't they?). Then he ties Altair up and has his way. (What? Total power trip just getting Altair to submit, so I figure that the guy would take the next step to make sure he doesn't get his dick cut off afterwards. :D Only to have Malik do it anyway.)

Don't know if OP is aware, but there is a fill on the kinkmeme whereby an informant demands a blowjob from Altair in exchange for information. Altair agrees because he just wants the information, though it kind of reads like dub!con. Malik gets all pissy and jealous when Altair comes back.

OP is quite aware but I wanted something a little more...specific, I suppose. I've already read the one you speak of and it just didn't do it for me, to be totally honest. So I narrowed down exactly what I want and how I want it. Thanks, though.
