I'm pretty sure that by now Charles has been mapping out Connor's erogenous zones :P But I'm guessing he doesn't bother when Connor becomes heavily depressed and pregnant, then of course during the coma period because he doesn't even know that Connor is aware... I still remember that scene in Master of the House where Charles takes out his lust and aggression (caused by daydreaming of Connor calling out George during sex) on his wife and cringing at what that must have been like for Connor.

Yeah...I wanted to make that scene as destructive as possible. It was pretty awful for Connor, but then it's all pretty awful for Connor. He has absolutely no say in what happens to his body, and it's devastating for him.
