Connor/any- ASMR

(Anonymous) 2012-12-15 06:05 am (UTC)(link)
this is kind of off the wall but ? I'd like to see Connor getting ASMR tingles from watching/listening to someone, maybe Ellen organizing fabric, listening to his father speak, etc.

I didn't know there was a name for that feeling, I thought everybody had it. If I wasn't in the middle of so many fills, I'd be on this like white on rice.

*feels stupid* Um..... what is ASMR?

It stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autonomous_sensory_meridian_response)

It's a hard sensation to explain, from what I understand. TBH, I didn't know there was a term for it...I knew I got shivers from listening to certain types of music, sounds, etc - though I don't know if that counts as ASMR...? (Does getting a shiver from my head (sometimes it feels like it starts *in* my brain) down to my legs count? Or is that a normal reaction?)
