OP, what kind of preferences do you have regarding the ending? At the moment, we have a choice between horrific angst or almost-optimistic bittersweetness.

(...Actually, it might be better for me to just do to two endings, mightn't it?)

Another not!OP anon votes for two endings, it sounds great because I'm a sucker for angst but I kinda think that Connor deserves a semi-happy ending...

You mean it turns out the templars were wearing masks the whole time? And the assassins adopt an annoying puppy and call it scrappy? and then they give up murdering and travel round the colonies solving mysteries?!
