OP here, not what I asked for, yes, but still a very lovely read. I enjoy Ezio/Leonardo as well, so this was a nice surprise! My favorite part was the small convo with La Volpe at the end, very heartbreaking. Ezio's protective passion always makes me melt, and you portrayed that here beautifully.
