Filled!

He never let him see his face. No matter how Il Lupo begged Malfatto the man never removed his mask, and if ever he attempted to steal it away the doctor would press that deadly needle into his flesh; leaving him paralyzed in an alley to wait for the mild poison to clear out of his system. It made his chest tighten to think of all the times they had fucked in dirty back alleys, never sharing kisses or even making actual eye contact.

His colleagues would undoubtedly call him a fool for allowing himself to become as attached to the cold, unfeeling man as he was, but he could not help himself; he had always had a weakness for mystery and cruelty. So it was that he found himself in another grime covered alley which smelled of filth, willingly bending over for Malfatto, grunting at each rough tug to his arousal and moving his hips to match the doctor's unforgiving pace.

A shiver of delight ran down his spine when he felt the man's release coating his inner walls, spilling his own seed on the filthy wall after a few more leather covered strokes against his erection. Il Lupo could not help the way his lips tilted in a smirk when his lover all but collapsed on him, the masked man's heavily clothed body pressing against his back, chest heaving as he struggled to come down from his high.

Malfatto pulled his softened member out of the other man, watching without a hint of emotion as he sank to the ground before tucking himself back into his clothes. "Get dressed," he grunted, "I will come find you when I need you next"

"Ti amo, dottore~" Il Lupo could not help but call with a hint of laughter, grinning when the doctor turned back, staring at him from behind the darkened glasses before continuing to walk away.
