I'm glad that you're in love, randomanon! Also, I think that there is a level of respect between the assassins and recruits etc., but at the same time these men and women have lost everything and left whatever they had of a family behind to be a recruit or assassin. I see the guild/brotherhood therefore becoming a new family to them. Just a matter of opinion, though :) Though I do expect that as time goes on the recruits, especially Ulivieri, will eventually calm and settle down and learn how to show respect and familiarity without chucking jars of lubricant at each other :)
