I know about it because one of my friends had the Meteor Garden dvd set. (Vic Zhou was hot shit)

It is pretty cliche shoujo stuff, but it's the good gratuitous type of chick flick cliche. I mean, the love interests are a big, tough arrogant guy who gets all confused by love and a quiet, sensitive artist of a man who is pining away. Girls eat that right up =)
