So, in AC... Brotherhood, I think, you can hack the email. One of the sets of emails is Rebecca looking for her mp3, only for Shaun to find it on his night stand.

Yes, Shaun found it on his night stand, but who's to say he (or Rebecca) put it there?

Prompt: Desmond (or Lucy, but I don't see that happening very easily) took Rebecca's mp3, and, when they realized she was looking for it, framed Shaun.

Why? IDK, techno (or whatever music she listens to) drowns out the bleeding effect? Reminds them of home? Make something up, anon! I just want framed!Shaun.
