1- Altair being a single father, with kids (Darim and Sef or two of your own creations).

2- Maria left him. (For Robert or some other reason)

3- Altair runs a small restaurant/diner (Non-American food please) where is kids help sometimes.

4- Altair has home schooled his kids, but when he starts to run out of time to teach them he sends them to public school. (Enter Ezio, Leonardo, Desmond, Shaun, Malik, and Kadar.)

5- I want a romance, or even a battle for Altair's confused heart. (<3)

6- The guys (see #4) meet Altair by his kids needing his help with a cook out, a bake sale, a party, a celebration, or a parent-teacher confrince.

7- One of the kids be a total trouble maker if the previous example in #6 is used.

The combination of muffins and Mal/Alt just makes me drool... hurr

I was just watching Cinderella again, being all nostalgic and such when I thought of something.

Assassins Creed- Cinderella style.

Altair would be Cinderella, and Al Mualim could be the evil step-father.
As to who the step-siblings are, I'm not sure who would fit the part; I'll leave it up to you. (same with the fairy god mother)

The worse was the fifth time.

After that day he was requested at the Grand Master’s quarters almost every day and his relationship with Altair got even more… close. They still kept arguing and mock-fighting at something trivial–unless Altair mentioned something about how the Dai mewled and moaned for more last night, then he’d have to kill him slowly- but in all in all, they were happy.

That is why today, when he walked down the corridors and heard from a bunch of novices whispering about some strange light coming out of the Grand Master’s room, Malik felt the bad feeling he got since he woke up increasing tenfold.

“He’s using that damned device again.” He reprimanded the novices and sent them back to train, his face set on a perennial scowl while walking to Altair’s quarters, worried because every time his lover used the Apple, he ended up tired and stressed. He’d seen him obsessing over it too much lately, and actually confronted him once, when after threatening the other with- unbelievable, Malik- no sex, he got Altair to leave the thing for some days.

“STOP!” He was a few feet away from the door when the loud scream started him and at recognition of the owner of the voice he darted forwards, breaking through the door and stopping dead at the sight of a kneeled Altair, face buried in his hands and body wrecked by sobs and broken cries.

“Altair” he called cautiously, and immediately the other whipped his head up, looking torn between terror and relief, tears flowing down his unfocused eyes and shoulders shaking violently.

“I’m sorry” muttered Altair, and hearing his voice so weak made Malik bit his lip to avoid crying himself. “Please… I didn’t… Malik!” And then he curled again and hid his face from said man, who felt tears prickling at the corner of his eyes, rushing to his lover and holding him against himself.

“Altair” he called again and it only seemed to worsen the situation because a pained sob left the other and he cried harder, muttering his name brokenly. “I’m here Altair” he whispered against the other’s hair, feeling himself miserable, cursing and calling him with a strained voice.
He was at a loss of what to do.

Because this wasn’t like the other times. And he was terrified and downright scared because he didn’t know how to stop this heart-wrenching scene in front of him.

The Grand Master was crying. Altair was crying.

His Altair.

And it was a soul-wrecking sight and Malik felt useless and frustrated and angry because nothing he said would calm the man.

“He will die. It is written.”

Altair cried harder and Malik turned his eyes up, looking for the foreign voice around and then his eyes settled on Altair’s desk and something clicked.

“What the—?”

There, on the desk, the Apple was humming and still glowing.

“He’ll die. It is only a matter of time.”

“No! Please…” Altair’s voice broke in strangled sobs and Malik glared at the object, now aware of what it was doing to his lover. “Please… I love him… stop.”

A pair of midnight eyes widened at his words and for a second the air around them seemed warmer and he felt something tugging at his mind.

The apple shone so brightly that it looked as if it was about to explode, so Malik curled over both him and Altair and then…

Darkness.

“M-Malik?” Altair’s quivering voice made him snap his eyes open and then two arms were choking him and the Assassin was crying and muttering unintelligible things against his chest and all he could do was hug him back and cry in gratitude it had ended.

PFFT stupid word limit! >:C

After a good time in which Altair made sure to grope him the necessary to satisfy himself that Malik was real, the Dai kissed him on the forehead, surprised when Altair pulled him down and smashed their lips in a slow but intense kiss that soon had Malik panting and gasping for air.

“Malik…” Altair breathed and leaned against him again, not daring to release him from his hug. “Malik... I—”

“I know, habibi” he smiled and hugged him back, ignoring the coldness of the hard floor, ignoring the fact that anybody could enter the room at any moment. “You will never, ever touch that thing again without me supervising, got it?” he chided almost laughing at a surprised Altair, who nodded fervently against him. “I’ll be here for you…”

And if someone dared to say otherwise, he would face hell and all to make said person eat those words.

This is why I shouldn't be allowed to develop prompts. My brain goes into overboard trying to make it all work in a logical manner. Here's what I managed to develop (and probably wildly different from what you're writing!) Should this be posted as it's own prompt??

Altair is descended from an ancient civilization thought to be lost to the sea long ago. The city was cursed and sunk into the ocean, and the population was changed to something inhuman – the upper half looked normal, while the lower was like that of the ocean’s creatures. (Fish, shark, whatever.) But mermaids can still walk on land for brief periods of time, and with certain sacrifices, they could shift back and forth between forms for nearly the entirety of that mermaid’s life. (Maybe Altair gave up his finger? Or something else? Also, light splashes with water shouldn’t force a change, but immersion or a full drenching would.)

The legends of mermaids grew as the population began to spread throughout the sea, and differing races of mermaids began to emerge as the they could still couple with humans. Those children, depending on whether they were born on land or in the sea, could look fully human or gain a similar body like that of the mermaid who birthed them. (Meh, the idea that the mermaids are more like hermaphrodites hit me. I like it, and makes more sense about people only attributing a female connotation to the creatures. So the baby would have a 50/50 chance at having either form, unless the mother was fully human. And would mean that Altair can still look like a guy, but have girly bits down there. XD)

Altair is one of those who went to the surface only sparingly, and never really left the water when he did. He was always careful to not allow humans to see him, but one day he was overconfident and captured at a young age (mid teen, I’m thinking), and managed to escape, but not before being pulled far inland. (I’m thinking slavers have been capturing mermaids as exotic pets? or maybe Talal expanding outside Jerusalem? IDEK)

And that's as far as I got. I started to get the idea of someone keeping Altair as a pet in a pond/deep fountain/some kind of reservoir, and he manages to escape, gets found by someone and taught how to live on land. Eventually he meets Malik, and somehow the game happens (dunno how yet.)

Desmond and Shaun have a spare few moments, and end up 'spending it wisely'. Only thing is the bleeding effect seems to be getting to Desmond more than a little lately, and his ancestors have started invading his thoughts, and sometimes actions. Des usually prefers to take sex slowly and tease, but half way through Altair creeps up in his mind, coaxing Des to do it his way and go faster. Altair manages to break through and give a few fast, hard thrusts, which both Desmond and Shaun realise feel awesome, but Desmond tries to hold onto himself and fight the bleeding effect because.. Well, he doesn't want to go nuts. After more gentle coaxing about how good being rough felt from Altair in his head, and begging from Shaun, Desmond's resolve gradually weakens and he lets Altair take over. Writer!anon, run with it. xD

I've had the trilogy for like three months now but still haven't gotten to reading them yet. (College review books are good for shit.)
But LOL I bought them when I was buying Renaissance and Brotherhood, and I saw that, and I was like LOL THIS COVER IS SO PRETENTIOUS etc but then was like OMG that's what I first thought of Assassins Creed OK BUYING
