How come I never see anyone writing about Leonardo da Vinci being a prankster? In-game, he jokes about cutting off Ezio's finger with a meat cleaver. Which is mild, compared to what the REAL Leonardo da Vinci did for pranks.

So, can OP have a story about Leonardo pranking the living hell out of every person that happens to cross his path?
