Would very much like a female!Haytham, but she pretends to be a man for the order cause she feels like no one would listen if she stays as herself. Yes, genderbend but she's pretending to be what she's supposed to be. This anon just loves this thing too much.

Ziio can be genderbent as well so they could have little Connor, but Haytham leaves their child in Ziio's care. Then she goes off masquerading as a man again. Maybe Charles finds out Haytham's a woman and got really jealous that his beloved Master Kenway got knocked up by a native and not him... So I guess he's got a better reason now to kill Ziio?

Fast forward, aaand Connor meets 'Haytham' and has no idea that HE was his mother.

As soon as Hayden gripped the slippery and slightly damp wood of the crow's nest, there was but a drop relief. She could feel it deep within her, like a sprouting tree. She attempted to squish the sapling of relief and excitement, but it only blossomed as she grasped at the mast and heaved herself upwards. A gust of fresh sea air billowed past and nearly stole her hat. She then decided that the dangers of getting her hopes up could be damned. She'd been on the disease-ridden, rat infested, nausea-inducing oaken prison named the Providence, eating nothing but stale biscuits, fearing a mutiny, and dealing with Smythe's sorry arse for two and a half months, and hope was probably the only thing keeping her going at this point besides stubborn determination and the need to serve the Order. Hayden placed two finely polished leather boots upright on the crow's nest and straightened her spine.

London was not beautiful. London was elegant, graceful, poised, and refined, albeit dirty, jaded, and hopeless. This, though...
This was so different that Hayden had to lay a hand on the yellow sea-worn mast as she took in the sight of Boston from the top of the ship, the sprout of hope flooding her body. It raced through her veins and drove excited chills down her spine. Fog surrounded the town, where a lone clock tower rose above the dark shingles of other buildings. Lush greenery surrounded Boston like the arms of Mother Nature herself. It looked so fresh, so wild, so untamed. Like that of an infant's first glimpse of the world, pure and flawless.
She took in a breath of the sharp New World air and a genuine smile of pure happiness began to show on her face as she felt all the anger, frustration, and irritation from the last seventy two days melt away. If she'd been told truthfully, this land had more of an opportunity to flourish than all of Europe combined, and it was to be her job to aid it, along with secure the precursor treasures. She begun her descent with anticipation and a fresh outlook.
Admittedly, she was also very sick of being stuck in a rocking wooden deathtrap filled with young, prying, *horny* sailors who cared not if she be woman or man. Or, for that matter, one masquerading as the other.
