Aveline grudgingly pushes aside the covers and sits up, naked and tousle-haired and still groggy after a very late night. Connor is sitting on the side of the bed, ridiculously bright-eyed for such an unholy hour and ridiculously pretty, a steaming mug in his big hand.
Aveline takes it, barely registering what it is until she takes a gulp and the taste hits her - sweet and very strong and with just a hint of chocolate and hazelnut syrup, just the way she likes it.
"Oh that's good. I may have to suck your dick for that."
Connor looks adorably confused, like a six-foot-four human puppy.
"That's nice but you don't have to, really? Not that I wouldn't like it if you did, but no pressure?"
"Oh hush, you. I have a lot of feelings about coffee, okay?"
