"Then relax," Ezio said, and placed a gentle kiss on Cesare's lips. "It will hurt at first. It always does. Just relax and you'll be fine, I promise".
Cesare nodded. Then Ezio's cock - so dark, and big, and throbbing, little beads of precum dripping from the slit - was lined up and pressing against his twitching hole. And then there was pain: sudden, harsh pain, making him feel like he was being torn in two. He'd been warned about it, but it felt terrible all the same. He panted, breathless.
"Don't worry, it's going to get better". Ezio's soothing hand caressed his flushed face, wiping away the tears that were rolling down his cheek. That made him feel better. The pain was slowly fading, and Ezio pushed a little more inside him. Soon he was fully seated, and Cesare had resumed moaning, but not in pain, this time. "I'm - I'm still in charge," Cesare panted, a long, low groan escaping from his lips when Ezio's strong hand got hold of his neglected hardness. Ezio smiled, as he started rocking his hips, making Cesare moan even louder.

That was almost too much. Cesare bucked his hips up into Ezio's grip, reaching for his touch. He ran his hands all over Ezio's muscled body, tracing the scars on his skin, barely remembering that his sister was still hiding behind the curtains, watching this all. Ezio gave a low, pleasant grunt, stroking him at a quicker pace.
"Does it feel like I feel," Cesare asked, looking up at him - Beautiful, he'd never seen anyone this beautiful but him - "when my father takes you?"
"There was a rule that we wouldn't talk about your father until this was over," Ezio groaned, but he didn't seem to care much about that now. His hands were trailing all over Cesare's body, gently rubbing on his most sensitive spots, lavishing pleasure upon him, making him feel almost dizzy.
And Cesare suddenly remembered that night when he'd spied on his father and Ezio having sex, he remember the dim lights of the room and the way his father's hand was fisted deep in Ezio's hair and the way his father had pulled Ezio's head back, pain and humiliation and lust painted on his face all at once. He remember the words his father had said then, his harsh, commanding tone.
"Tell me you want it," he whispered.
And that was enough. Ezio let out a loud moan and tightened his grip on Cesare's cock, and then he came inside him, shortly followed by Cesare's own release. They fell down on the stained mattress, side by side, both spent and panting.
Ezio turned his head, and looked at him. There was sweat glistening on his skin; his lips were parted, and Cesare sneaked closer to him and kissed him one more time.
"I want it," Ezio finally said. "I really do".

"I have to," he replied. "I warned you. Only this one time. I want this as much as you want it, and I've wanted it for a long time, too. But it's wrong, nevertheless. You're too young, and none of us is free to choose. We can't do it again".
"I am free to choose". Cesare stood up, not caring that he was naked, trying to look proud and self-confident as he spoke. But Ezio just shook his head.
"No, you're not. You know better than I do that your father would never accept someone taking what belongs to him. And I am his property. I'm not yours to take and I'll never be. We'll have to face it".
He stopped to put his shoes on, then turned his back and headed for the door. He was about to step out of the room when Cesare, once again, called him back.
"I'll get you out of here".
"What?" Ezio turned back, staring at him, astonished. "Good Lord, you're only fourteen. Do you really think you can help me? No one can".
"Well, I think I can". There he stood, in the middle of the room, hands clenched into fists, face slightly flushed; his heart racing like crazy as he spoke. "There must be a way to help you run away from here, and I swear I'll find it. No matter how long it will take or how dangerous it can be. I'm not afraid of my father".
Ezio sighed. "You're crazy".
"No," Cesare answered. "But I love you".

"So, are you really going to help me? And pray, would you just tell me how are you planning to do that?"
Lucrezia looked at him with slight disbelief. Cesare shrugged.
"I didn't exactly think about that. Yet. But you can be sure I'm doing it. Father has no right to keep him here. And I really love him".
"Listen to me". She put his hand on Cesare's shoulder, and for once she looked sincerely worried. "I admit that watching the two of you have sex was probably the hottest thing I've ever seen. And I'll admit that you have some sort of crush on him, too, that's pretty much normal. But you can't do this. Father will kill you. Both of you. And you know he will. Sad as it is, Ezio is right, Father will never let you take what is his".
"Only if he knows it was me," Cesare replied. He was looking more stubborn than ever, and suddenly Lucrezia felt sure that he wasn't going to give up, not this time. Oh, this was going to mean trouble. "And he won't. If Ezio manages to run away, they won't catch him anymore. He's too strong, and too smart fort them. Father will never know that I helped him".
"And I suppose you were thinking that I was going to help you with this?"
"Well, yes". A soft blush spread on Cesare's cheeks as he looked up to his sister. "At least help me find a way to do it. You're way smarter than me. You've always been".
"You're crazy," Lucrezia sighed. "But yes, I'm going to help you. Only because I know you'd be lost without me, though. And I'd never want Father to have you killed. Life here would be even more boring than it already is without you. And since you seem determined to do this, it looks like I have no other choice".
She stood up, and he followed. Sometimes he just wondered how could anyone in the world not be in love with his sister.
