Okay... This anon is high on sugar and this is going to be long /facepalm
It is assumed that Cesare was born on 1475 but it could also be 1476, from wiki?
So anon was running it through her head... and this monstrosity came up.

What if Rodrigo kidnapped Ezio before or during execution and made him as his
slave/sex-toy/etc? Abusing the power of apple (he didn't have it then, but just
running with the idea) Ezio gets pregnant and eventually give birth to a boy.
Even though he loathes Rodrigo, he cares for his son, but other assassins rescue
Ezio and he gets separated from his son. All of them believe his son is a lost
cause since because of his abusive father. And believe him to have died.

Many years later, Ezio overcoming traumatic experience, becomes grand master
of brotherhood again like Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and infiltrate Rome.
While trying to kill Rodrigo, he confronts Cesare.
.........Who is glowing blue in eagle vision.

Whether Cesare knows of Ezio and relationship between them or not is up to anons.
Or even whether it would just be h/c family, or a bit of Oedipus complex?
