"I was actually going to sleep at La Volpe Addormentata tonight. The morning will be soon enough and they deserve the chance to celebrate." Ezio suddenly looks a little... shifty. He looks past Machiavelli into the sky and continues. "Besides, there will be enough blood in Isola Tiberina tonight, I don't want to add my own by coming back without bomboloni, and wine, and maybe some strawberries."

Machiavelli blinks at Ezio. "That sounds like the private feasts at Rosa in Fiore. The ones when they are closed for the quarter moon."

"Exactly." Ezio grimaces a bit and launches himself off the roof, leaving his companion solve the riddle on his own.

Machiavelli slips over the edge and is climbing, carefully, down the wall when what blood his face had regained washes out again.

"Dio Mio, all twelve at once. No wonder Ezio is preparing a sacrifice."

Ee hee, good job Anon! This is the anon from above who said they had a fill. I think I like yours better than mine though. Poor Ezio, having to crash at La Volpe's to escape all the scary women-folk. I bet Machiavelli's gonna find somewhere else to be too.

Thanks for the compliments! Yeah, the Hideout is going to be avoided by all the dude-thieves and the mercenaries for a little bit.

Oh, no! Post it Anon, nobody has shown what it's like in the Hideout yet! I think Machiavelli is a little OOC here (Now that I've had a chance to think about it,) but I needed somebody to hold the Idiot Ball, and the game designers had him do it so well in Brotherhood. :P

Show me up, have your Machiavelli be terribly competent!

This is beautiful, anon! I don't blame Ezio for getting out of the way. And when he comes back, he comes bearing wine and strawberries?

I love this so muchhhhhhh. The girls taking out a tower on their own (I imagine Ezio didn't really get that much of a say in his part in the whole thing).

I just...I can't say I thought about it, but when you get a group of ladies together without Dudes getting their entitlement all over everything, we tend to sort into a unit automatically. They felt empowered since they were all reenforcing each other and bullrushed Ezio with the plan.

I wish there was more too! I like this universe very much, but I'm sorry to say it all came out in a rush without a whole lot of planning. (I think the spirit of the meme possessed me.)

Aww, Thank you! You're making me blush here, really. I'm just glad I was able to hit that button you were aiming for with the prompt.

I figured pastry and wine and fresh-in season fruit might be right to make for lack of chocolate, all togther. And, yeah; given the skills and reenforcing each other without Stupid Dudes getting their privilege all over everything, the Novices organized into to a pretty capable bunch. They ambushed him with the plan on day!

I wish I had more in my head, but I started writing without really thinking about it! The spirit of the meme came up and whacked me on the back till this came up out of my fingers.
