F-first ever request... It's kind of obvious from this prompt what I've been reading too much of in another fandom...

So. WWII AU.
Leonardo is an old friend of the Auditores, the famous Florentine banking family, and has a soft spot for the middle son (like, duh). Unfortunately, the Fascists find out the Auditores are working against them, and Giovanni, Federico and Petruccio are arrested, tortured and shot. Ezio manages to get away with Maria and Claudia, thanks to Leonardo, and he becomes a true blue Partigiano, and Leonardo a double agent for the Brits (Excuse for Shaun? What excuse for Shaun?)...
I need this. I have idea why. It just seemed like the most awesome AU ever when I first thought of it... Feel free to fit all the other characters in any way possible (with the Usual Pairings...)...

Although, this one's probably trivia, but is this Leonardo meant to be named after "the historical Leonardo da Vinci" in-universe, or does the latter not exist in this AU?

Not a perfect match for how Eagle Vision/Sense works in the games, but...

Incidental note: It's interesting how Altaïr sheathes his sword when killing the Crusader, even though the sequence is meant to culminate in an air assassination; then again, you had Ezio cradling the dying Marco Barbarigo even though he'd just been shot from land (although that's not nearly the ONLY way to kill him).

P.S. Traumatic bonus points if his first "bond" is with Lucy...

I think there are quite a few reasons why there are so few fills is a) PC anons are still waiting for Revelations b) anons are working on fills c) people are still playing ACR and d) I know some drama was stirred up a while back about fills and posts and that can make anons kind of nervous to post. Plus we're in the holiday season and it's still NaNoWriMo. People are busy. Let's give the meme a chance to bounce back.

Not that I'm saying you don't have a good idea. I already have a prompt up on this part and as soon as inspiration strikes, I'll be filling some prompts that I'm interested in.

Pehaps Claudia comes to visit Constantinople in her capacity as a master assassin (I assume that like Ezio, she has the hybrid genes of humans and Those That Came Before that give her eagle vision and and a talent for climbing) to help Ezio manage the guild for a bit. Yusuf is taken, despite thin veiled threats from Ezio. Claudia, as defiant as ever, threatens her big brother to stay out of her personal business.

I just want to see Yusuf being wholly charming and Claudia (knowingly) falling for it, all while Ezio comically fumes in the background. Not to mention, there's a mild age kink; per the AC Wiki, Claudia is six years older than Yusuf.

Betrayal

Ezio discovers his sister Claudia is a templar and has been for a long time. How far back is your call - did she help Cesare kill Mario? Did she turn in her father and brothers? Whatever the case, she has been using her overlooked/ignored/underestimated status to funnel info to templars. Ezio realizes it by a series of strange events, comments, and clues in a flashback revelation.

It leads to a final battle where he's forced to kill his only remaining family member. Don't have her be a pushover in the fight - at least let her do some significant damage to Ezio, or even defeat him for a twist. The outcome of it is up to you.

..because I threw this up in part three before reading that it was closed for prompts, I'm putting it up here to be requested/filled and wait for the misfir in part three to be deleted. Idea is: Okay, sorry if I missed this somewhere, but in some fandoms (like Star Wars) there are life size dolls someone can order and keep of the characters (usually mechanical). There is of course a manual, which details what type of doll they ordered (in case there's a mis-shipment, such as 20!yearold Ezio instead of 40!year old Ezio) as well as a list of interactions (such as a Malik doll losing an arm as a result of interacting with an Altair doll).
My apologies if this was already requested, it jumped into my brain and I don't have the skill to write it myself.

Has anyone ever noticed that Altair's fighting style (and parkour) is fluid and flexible, while Ezio's is kinda harsh and stiff? Or even the fact that it seems like Templar guards wait longer when fighting Altair than Ezio...?

Can we get something on that?
Maybe some Templar guards like watching Altair fight, even if they get cut down soon after...
Or we can go time-travel and have Ezio getting taught by Altair... but Ezio's a little too busy staring to really pay attention...

Information Made Difficult

This Anon has noticed that we've had a prompt with Altair being a courtesan... but not one where he's the owner of a brothel. (Like Claudia)
So, the little idea that came to mind was this:
After Masyaf is attacked the assassin's probably need information as to how they got in.
What better way then to ask someone that people spill their guts to while having sex? (No, not their wives... because I doubt the Templars would bring them...)
That's right, Courtesans.
So, the assassins try to get the information from the ones in the city. But every one of them to go to Altair. (but who says they say his actual name?)
Eventually, the assassins have no choice but to go and get the information.
But the brothel is getting attacked by guards when they get there, so they decide to save the day.
Only thing wrong is that when they burst through all the guards are dead, the courtesans are cleaning up, and Altair is flipping a knife (because an Altair who doesn't kick ass isn't Altair at all.) and drinking ... tea...(I don't know...)
Insert shocked assassins here.
After the shock, the assassin's try to persuade Altair to give up the information. However, it doesn't work too well. So, they instead have a pissed of Altair in front of them...
If Altair helps or not is up to the writer!anon (If this gets one) so... yeah...

Claudia the secret assassin

The kink is obviously a female killing machine with a white robe. When I saw her take out those guards in Brotherhood it made me wonder where the skills came from. So I came up with a basic idea-

Ezio and Mario stop Claudia from training, so she does it in secret unknown to the assassins. She then goes out and starts assassinating targets at night, seeking to avenge her family. As this unfolds she struggles to keep it secret from Ezio - having to explain her absences, hiding cuts/bruises/stab wounds under her clothing, and wiping out key templars. She wears a white assassin robe when doing it all, and kills with hidden blades.

I'd like to go AU a bit as canon really doesn't matter to me. Maybe Ezio tracks the mysterious killer down in the act, leading to a chase and the big reveal?

Bonus points for those deep - cut out - soul searching - animus death conversations with a killed templar. I want to see Claudia as an assassin with depth and conviction in her belief.

In which Desmond tries to stay in the Animus as long as possible - the machine being his only connection to the outside world. He was kidnapped, and is held captive - that wouldn't be out of question. A little power surge (our outage, due to whatever reason) just helps him to do it completely - he ends up in the past... Sans his body
+1 if he can only interact with others when he possesses some poor unsuspecting soul
+1 if the body he ends up occupying is female
+1 if he gets to keep his assassin skills

Desmond has been trapped in the manor for what seemed like months. Away from anyone sans Shaun, Maria and Becca. Not allowed to see the light of day - literary.
So he will take his freedom any way he can - even if it means being trapped in the memories of his ancestors. And it's getting harder and harder to get him out of Animus; not when he has no desire to leave.
I want angsty!Desmond, who's slowly not only developing claustrophobia, but feels all alone and used. I want it to make me cry.
