Mmmhmm... as it stands, in canon Shaun only questioned Desmond's allegiance after Lucy's death, so perhaps you could have it be that Shaun and Rebecca don't know about Lucy by the time of your story? What they know about William, I defer to you... but I'm reminded of al-Mualim, what with William having been "global" Mentor.

As for the rest of your reply, would you find it objectionable if I were to quote/reply in the AC Character Discussion comment thread in the Discussions page? The thread was pretty heavy on the Connor talk, but I'm happy to encompass the whole of the AC idea in it, and I've a lot that I wanted to say in reply but which'd be quite off-topic from the Templar!Desmond idea.

Anons I am currently having a panic attack. I found out a guy who I have a crush on and who likes me back thinks we're dating. I don't want that I just want someone who I can have a nice friendship with but a little bit of other stuff like cuddling. But he doesn't and is taking it too far.

I would bacically like this with some of our assassins (or Templars) or anyone really two sided silly crush one sided love. BUT I would prefer if they don't end up together as I personally don't want a future with this guy I can't see myself with him not forever anyway (which he wants).

I am in desperate need of it. Preferably AltMal, AltMalMaria, or Connorline. Someone touches an artifact they shouldn't and it messes with their DNA to reveal their First Civ ancestors were separate to the "human" line and had wings. They then grow wings. A bit of hurt and comfort doesn't go amiss and bonus points for having all of them transform, and cuddling to soothe one another's pain.

Doesn't have to be slashy (wouldn't mind if it is though), but I wonder what Haytham would think of Ezio. Would he intensely dislike him for his flamboyance and emotional temperament, especially in Ezio's younger days? Would he have grudging respect for him despite that because Ezio is a Master Assassin? Would Ezio despise Haytham for being a Templar, despite Haytham not knowing Edward was an assassin? Curious anon is curious.

Even after returning to the "true" reality, it appears that the Red Willow Tea Sky Visions have a continued effect on Connor...

- The usually quite chaste Connor finds himself now more intensely stirring in a sexual way.
- discovers over time that he is changing - the Wolf Form seems to have the most influence. Essentially a slower transformation into a werewolf, instead of all at once.

Haytham folded his hands, doing his best to be patient. "Connor...... while you look, um, very fetching right now...."

".....try to understand my position here. I have a meeting to get to this morning. I had my outfit very precisely picked out based on the company, location, and probable weather. It really kind of puts a halt to said meeting when you break into my house, dress into said outfit - which I so carefully selected, mind you! - to drape yourself over the desk in my study as though you own it."

"Hm, yes." Connor tapped his chin. "I can see how that can be slightly problematic."

...............Haytham tapped his foot, while Connor made no move to get up from his position on the desk.

"So what, may I ask, do you intend to do about it?" Haytham asked tersely.

"Why Father...... you speak as though I am the one with the problem." Connor smirked.

"You insolent brat, I should tan your hide - !"

"I would, however, be willing to offer you some advice, as you have so often done for me...... despite my best efforts otherwise." Connor stretched his legs out.

Dear God those legs that he got from his mother. Haytham felt a blush coming on. "By all means, do share... brat."

"I suggest," He gave his most coy smile. "That you get me OUT of these clothes, if you want any chance of making it to your meeting."

No, no, no, he did not have time for this, he did not have ti -

"And naturally, you will always have later to teach me a lesson." Connor added in a most bored tone, hips shifting ever so subtly.

His meeting just got pushed back.

Haytham pounced like a grey fox in flannel pajamas, snarling. Connor laughed, squirming and kicking slightly like a fussy child.

"Damn it, Connor, I cannot mess up these clothes, you lift your hips this instant!"

"Mmmmmm.... Nuh-Uh."

"Oh, so help me, you are in serious trouble when I return!"

"You cannot stay mad at me, old man, I am far too pretty."

"That old man comment just upgraded you from hand to ruler, so by all means, keep digging yourself deeper!"

"Oh no, Father, don't be mean to me. Why, I might get scared and escape through the window. In these clothes. It rained last night, so much mud everywhere....."

"HAIRBRUSH!"

Damn him, he just laughed and lightly traced Haytham's crotch, knowing full well the effect this sight and anticipation was having on him. He was never going to make this meeting. But who even gave a fuck at this point, the only sort of fuck he cared about right now was -

"AH-HA!" He held up his wadded up (And therefore ruined) clothing over his head in victory. How rumpled he was going to look, and after he had so carefully had everything pressed. But that didn't matter. Not the least bit. Because now he was going to get -

"......going if you want to make it on time." Connor was saying.

"Come again?" Haytham's smile twitched. "What did you just say to me?"

"I said, you had better get going if you want to make it on time." Connor said, casual as you please.

Haytham stared at him, eyes twitching a bit. "Connor.... dear, sweet baby boy of mine.... that is not even cute. We do not jest in that manner. You are getting taken here on this desk, and you are going to terrify the hired help with your savage shrieking, and then you are going to sit right there and wait for me to return and deal with your insolence as I see fit!"

"Actually, I kind of had plans." Connor said with a straight face. "Look, it is your own fault, always with your assumptions...... when did I ever say I wanted sex? All I said was that I had stolen your clothes, and you should remove them. No room for interpretation there, Father."

".........." Haytham's mouth opened and closed. No. That was not fair. He could not do this to him, Assassin or not, he could not be that damn evil!

"Although...... I guess I could be convinced to stay with Rake:ni." Haytham shuddered. Oh ho ho, now he was breaking out the Mohawk? "My ever so nice Rake:ni who wants only the very best for me and wishes to see me happy." Ziio had that same fucking smirk when she wanted something and fully intended to get it, one way or another.

"And what does my precious boy want from his daddy?" Haytham asked in a sugary sweet tone, eyes flashing dangerously.

Connor leaned in to whisper in his ear. "Where is Charles Lee?" He breathed.

It's my headcanon that Ezio is as bi as they come, doesn't matter what gender a person is, he falls for personality (and appearance - he's lovely but maybe a little shallow) not gender. And Leonardo is as gay as a gay man can be. He appreciates the ladies in an aesthetic asexual sort of way.

APPLE SHENANIGANS happen and Ezio is now a female. Which is okay by her because boobs and clit and new ways to have orgasms. “What is this truly about?” The look in her sapphire eyes made him relent, as he always did.

He could never say no to her, after all these years.

“I don’t want you to leave me.” It was clingy and perhaps pathetic, but it was the truth.

“I won’t.” She wouldn’t know that. He was an Assassin and she a Templar.

“Let’s just not talk about this...” Arno felt the damned haze overtake him as tiredness once again entangled him in its embrace.

“Rest, mon amour.”

Arno knew that at their relationship may be doomed and both of them would perhaps be hurt from this. But…

No matter what, he would always cherish his memories with her, every single moment.

Arno felt himself fade away with that one thought.

Can be explicit, fluffy or humorous. I'm pretty sure AC Rogue's entire existence was to give birth to this ship and it needs to be more appreciated. I spent a year or so out of the fandom but I picked it up and thus I was promptly dragged back in.

Sadly, though, I've realised everyone else parted ways with the AC fandom along with myself. There's barely anyone here anymore and I'm upset about that. I think ACBF made me lose interest. Probably because I loved Connor so much it hurt to see a sequel without a mention of him.

Anyway, yes. I'd LOVE some Shaytham. And I'm sure some other people would. Shall we get this ball rolling?

This isn't to say that we've all (entirely) parted ways, but I think a lot of us realized that we were very much into a greatly different direction than Ubisoft took the series (see the most recent comment thread in Discussion! Come join us for cookies! http://asscreedkinkmeme.dreamwidth.org/1339.html?thread=12319803#cmt12319803 )... plus for me personally, Brotherhood felt like the last game where the Assassins got to actually have a (however-long) lasting win, and every other game since was about forestalling the eventual Templars-globally-dominant situation of 2014.

As for Rogue... for me ironically Haytham was the biggest downer about it (besides the seeming mechanical retread of Black Flag) if only because his presence cemented the belief that AC3 had always been meant to be Haytham's story in the writers' hearts (there's no other way that I interpret the existence of Forsaken) and Connor was just treated as an inconvenience to be written around and then subsequently relegate to cursory mentions... despite Connor basically being the only "Assassin at heart" since Ezio.

Oh wait, Ubisoft doesn't seem to like to write those, even when they try to write Arno as Ezio 2.0 but just ended up with Straight White Dude #4...
